However some orders may require 3-5 business days for handling time. Tiger Supplies ships out orders from our 50,000 sqft warehouse in Irvington, New Jersey 07111. Most items ships free in the USA! Tracking information will be uploaded to eBay.com and an email with tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your order shipping from our warehouse. We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS, standard shipping time is 3-7 business days. For expedited shipping please allow 1-3 business days for delivery time.. We ship WORLDWIDE, contact us for a quote. We don’t ship to PO Boxes/ APO/AE items over 13 OZ.

We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for up to 14 days after purchase. All returns must receive an RMA# from us before shipping back the product to us. Please contact us for an RMA#. If the item arrived defective or not as described we will issue you a pre-paid return label along with your RMA#. Once your return arrives back at our facility please allow up to 72 hours for the return to be processed and for a full refund to be issued.
