They are made of a rayon blend/poly.  They are not actual fabric. Man made non-woven, linen like, paper /poly blend. Durable , soft to the touch , yet rigid to hold shape. Look like cloth even close up but feel like a soft paper like.  Durable enough to withstand rain.  If unsure of purchase , order 4 bows before placing a large order.
